Writing this on the jobsite
This is the single worst software I have ever worked with. If you forget or misinput any info it doesn’t tell you until the end and you have to re-enter EVERYTHING. Its not that hard guys, just make a usable app. Absolute POFS.
Better than desktop :(
At least it works eventually unlike the desktop site…starting to think they want you to get frustrated and not register the warranty-absolutely ridiculous

Barely usable
For a tech company this is a sad excuse of an app. Most of the time it doesn’t work and it’s never seamless. Love the idea of it, just not the execution.
Doesn’t work at all
Installed on iPhone 12 and the intro screen is all it ever does. Force close and no change, just sits there with Samsung HVAC on the screen. Touching the screen does nothing. Tried restarting phone, no change. Uninstall and reinstall, no change. Useless
Bogus App
Does not even send verification email to allow log in. Why even promote an app that is clearly dysfunctional? Waste of time..
Hilariously bad
This App doesn’t work even a little. Useless.
Trash
This app is garbage, never works properly. Every time I have to login, takes about three tries to get it not to freeze up. Sales reps live and breathe this app and it doesn’t even perform.
