So annoying.
What a joke.
App is suddenly incompatible with an iPhone or iPad. Guess I’ll sell my camera. 🙄
The disappointment.
Just doesn’t work. Period. Don’t bother downloading. This should be pulled from the market. Will never buy Samsung again.
Update needed
It would be nice if we could get this app to work on newer iOS and iPadOS devices, we still have cameras around and we still need this app.

Its a good camera but the app says that the camera isn’t there and i did everything to connect though the app im doing what it says. And the camera is old but i was expecting it to connect to it since it had an app

O app hoje em dia não funciona, e as câmeras que precisam desse app perderam a função.
App does not connect to phone
Truly this camera rocks. The app is a façade of false hope. Countless tries, youtube videos, and directions, I can never get the photos on my phone. I don’t even know how else to download them because i’m not a boomer and don’t have an usb. This app worked only when it first came out.
Still doesn’t work
Opened the reviews to see if there was a solution to my problem, saw people from 8y ago saying that the app doesn’t work.
