NO IMPROVEMENT

The app needs a lot of improvement. In my case, it only works on my phone and doesn’t play on my MacBook. It would be better if it was more compatible across devices and worked more smoothly.

IT DOESNT WORK ON TV

Being one of the renowned and upcoming OTT platforms in Bhutan, I genuinely want to support local entrepreneurs. However, my experience has been disappointing. The app is not very user-friendly, and the process is unnecessarily long and complicated—you have to go through too many steps just to get where you need. It’s not about the fees, but the overall experience and the lack of proper response that need serious improvement. Yes, I used ChatGPT to help phrase this review, as I was quite frustrated and didn’t feel my own words would come across appropriately. I wanted to express my concerns in a more constructive and respectful way.

Frustrated

Honestly it is freaking irritating, can’t even play from the desired duration. Everytime when you try to forward or reverse to certain duration, it ended up playing from beginning.

what was i even expecting from this app tbh. wish i could give it zero stars. i wanted to buy a subscription but the app won’t even let me do that, if you don’t want money then keep it like that. just delete the entire thing if it’s just for show

No new content and app is slow to load

The app hasn’t had any exciting new content in weeks, and it’s frustrating how slow it is to load. Sometimes it doesn’t even respond properly. What’s the point of having an app if it barely works and doesn’t update? Really disappointing experience from a platform that had so much potential.
Please update new movies on Vcinema as well, there’s barely anything new to watch.
