Bug at the end of game!!
Amazing game, but doesn’t save at the end of the game upon defeating final obstacle, and jumps to initial landing screen at the start of the game n stays in loop. Would have given 5 stars if not for this bug.

So glad it’s still here, this is the 2nd title I’ve played from MFG (MadFinger Games) with the original Shadowgun campaign being the first. With MFG phasing out SG/SG:DZ a while back, I had no hope for their other titles like Dead Trigger and of course Samurai 2. Samurai 2 is a %100 premium game, they really don’t make it like this anymore, combos, comics, the cartoony yet realistic graphics are just some of the things you will find in this game. In my opinion it is worth every cent, and you should really take advantage of this game cause it’s one of the premium titles you possibly wont see again.
I know MFG no longer has an interest in the mobile community, but man really wish they stayed. Unsure if DECA is a studio part of MFG, but just glad a mobile classic like this still exist.

One of the best 14 years later!!
I downloaded this game in 2010 and it stands the test of time. Simple gameplay, gorgeous design & animation and NO ads!! Both games in this series were so fun to play. Just played this one through again this morning. Would love a third installment even if it meant paying for a full game. This game really exemplifies what mobile, casual gaming could be before the awful “freemium” model. Thanks to the devs for keeping this game up to date with iOS, 14 years later!

Good but there is a bug
When fighting the Orochi, after a rolling to his leg, I can’t leave from his leg and he lies on the groud. But he is not death, he can still attack. I love this game, but the enemies and boss are not enough. Hope there will be the samurai 3. I enjoy the critical one hit kill, maybe this game can be also named Fruit Samurai.

Amazing over 10 years later
Bought this back in 2010 and playing it again. Graphics and gameplay both hold up really well. This should be on top games on iPhone lists. Played on iPhone 3G, 4, 8 and 12 (over the years of course).
