The app freezes, doesn’t let you enter in in-store purchases?
Security concerns
I absolutely love Samurai Sam’s food, and I would eat there a lot more often if I could take advantage of the rewards program. Unfortunately, I am unwilling to sign up for the rewards program because it is tied to their app, which is administered by a separate company, who has publicly confirmed that they collect and sell the personal information of any person who uses the app. I am already dealing with issues related to identity theft… so I do not need another company, that I do not do business with, collecting and selling my personal information, to any company who asks for it. I am quite certain that there are a lot of other people who have similar concerns about the lack of security… as I personally know dozens of people who also like Samurai Sam’s food, all of who refuse to sign up for the rewards program because of the lack of security with their personal information. With the increasing problems with identity and credit theft, Samurai Sam’s should seriously consider looking into changing their app administrator, to a company who will guarantee that they will keep their customer’s personal information private!

A must try
It is very clean they have good portion sizes. Very welcoming. Food never disappoints it is always so good I have tried different bowls and never disappointed. Love it here !
