No customer support?!
I downloaded this game on my iPad, paid to eliminate the advertisements, then later downloaded it on my iPhone and suddenly, the advertisements are back! There is no option to restore my purchase or login to get back the ad free experience I paid for. So I click on the developer contact link, and it takes me to a page that doesn’t even list this game as part of their catalogue where the only way to reach out to the devs for support is trapped behind a recaptcha in some foreign language that I cant decipher because I don’t speak Thai or Vietnamese or Cambodian or whatever language their recaptcha is in. So frustrating! It’s a fun game, but the fact that your purchases don’t stay intact from device to device and there’s no way to get help from the devs is a dealbreaker for me.
