Notifications appear even when everything is read and it often freezes if you try and scroll down in messages
Poor App performance
App freezes anytime you try to scroll and read previous messages, other performance issues with not getting messages at time was sent.
Frustrating user experience
This app is so laggy and will never clear my notifications nor let me read all the messages. Picture messages can’t be seen unless you tap and then double tap which is the most unintuitive way to view photos. Even with app updates nothing has improved. I cannot stand getting information about my child’s school this way. There are many more issues but suffice it to say SAISD needs to do some more development on this app and our schools need to give us a better way to communicate with the teachers in the meantime.

Unable to Log in will not send text authentication code
The app logged me out and does not allow me to log back in.
Horrible
I’ve been logged out for no reason and can’t log back in! Never receive notifications. Can’t directly talk to teachers. What’s the point of forcing parents to switch to this app if it doesn’t work! You’ve had parents complain for months and nothing is done about it!
