Thank you very much and we are sorry the hear that. It is only 1 payment to unlock the content. The reason behind this is for travelers to be able to enjoy everything in an offline mode without paying for roaming charges while they travel. Even being able to use geolocalization capabilities such as GPS or Augmented Reality without being connected to your cell phone provider. Not worth it
I did learn this company has apps for many other cities that they’d like you to buy and that “deals” only refer to hotel rates, already booked, and tour packages that you could buy for less at the ticket counter.
I would have liked to see an interactive map, info on public transportation (it is much cheaper and more convenient than buying a “hop on off” tour), maybe an informational page that describes the place that you happen to be.
San Antonio has so much more than this app provides. If you looking to really explore this historical town hit the tourist center they have tons of info and friendly people that can point you in the right direction. Start a conversation with one of the many volunteers walking around the Alamo plaza, they were great.
Bottom line, save your money and buy a yummy gelato.

Worthless unless you pay

As you may know there are many revenue models within the apps and we have decided to use the freemium model (free to download with locked content). We have never implied anything other than that. Even if you look at the app store page, it says that the app contains In App Purchases and it shows a price for each one of them.
