We’re currently waiting for the screenshots you mentioned (showing that the backup was completed successfully on your phone) so we can assist you more effectively. In our email, we also asked you to please connect your drive to your computer and check whether there is a folder named “Backup”. We also recommended double-checking your computer settings to ensure the drive was properly detected and set to receive external storage. We’re committed to resolving this for you and look forward to your reply so we can help further.
