Downloaded but ultimately not useful
I downloaded this in San Francisco, hoping that I would follow the path, but we ended up just not using it. So it’s a bit of a waste.

I’ve been using GPS guided tours on the iPhone for about 6 years.
Especially the Hawaii GPS guided tours from another company were great , unfortunately the San Francisco driving GPS tour; great in theory, but doesn’t work in reality. It kept giving us the starting point of Townhall, but then would never give us directions or highlight points

Did not connect to GPS
The commentary is pretty good. But it did not sync to GPS location, had to manually play it.

Lacking…
I use many travel guide apps. This one was difficult to use. It only works in one direction. Which is confusing. I didn’t find the facts very entertaining or informative. I hope my input helps to make this app better.

The tour is only one-way which I tried to make clear by asking visitors to follow the given route. I’ll highlight that part even more!
Needs attention
I wanted to give this app 5 stars but I couldn’t. We were in SF for one day and decided to use this to see the city. The app offers a few tours and we picked San Francisco. Everything seemed great but then I noticed that a bunch of stops were missing from what I was expecting. Well they are buried in the app and you have to find them. Once I found the correct tour with all the stops and tried to start it, it keep closing on me at the end of each stop😪. I had to re-open the app and find my stop. It was a bit of a pain to use. I mean for $3... it is worth it. But it definitely is not a five star product. It’s just really glitchy and not smooth.

Thanks for letting us know! So it sounds like there were two confusing things: 1. the extra layers of content in each stop, found under Learn More, and 2. the app closing after the audio ends. Is that right? We want to reproduce this issue — could you reach out to us with your phone type? We would also be happy to issue a refund!
