The map is extremely outdated. It says they have tigers. Nope! The map also says they have capybaras, sea lions and bob cats! New flash, they don’t! I went here to see capybaras but turns out they got rid of them. They need to update there map!!
Outdated map, broken links, nothing for members
This app is basically useless. Map is outdated, and I can't even use this to show my membership ID
Lack of features
I’m a member and would love to access my membership through the app or even my tickets. Can’t do either.
Wouldn’t be bad if they kept it up to date
This is app is pretty much useless since it doesn’t reflect the current state of the Zoo. Komodo dragon is on the map but dead. Sloths are still showing up in their old location. The list goes on. Just switch back to paper maps SF. They work much better.
