as a calm sharks fan, this app is great! it lets me know what’s going on, it shows me recent trades, the games happening in my time zone, because i live in the other side of the country, and even fun media videos the team does! if only the bruins had this

Frustrating
Makes me login every single time, won’t update when I get to the game so it takes me forever to get to the tickets. Just a massive headache every time I have to use it.

When trying to get My Tickets transferred to me via email, I get APIError: /events: 403.
Also, when clicking My Wallet, and already logged in, I’m forced to log in AGAIN. And THEN, it just hangs.
You did bug fixes 3 weeks ago?? I’m NOT impressed. Maybe do some emergency fixes, huh??

Spent hours trying to login and error just keeps popping up.

Constantly locked out
Every other game I am locked out of my account and I need to reset my password to use the digital wallet and earn points. Half the time I give up and pay with Apple wallet instead.
Does what I need it to do.
If I can’t watch the game, listening to it is a great alternative. App does just that.
Terrible
This is the worst app in the nhl. Not enough updates. Not enough video of Sharks history, triumphs, injury updates, training camp. Etc. Glitchy doesn’t do enough. Check out the NY Rangers app. That’s how it’s done and I can’t stand the Rangers. You guys are in the Silicon Valley and you can’t do better than this? Needs more exploratory functions. Very boring app
