There’s no customer service at all if you call the land line number which is on the website they say how to scan your ID only and they are for multiple services I send a several complaints no reply we need a technical team to solve if you have problems to reset your digital id pin after you go through all the steps like scanning your id both side and the selfie when you reach the last stage your pin not reset I spend 8 hours trying to sign a document but I can’t and I don’t know what to do

Made life easier :-)

I renewed by Private Car License today and it took me less than 10 minutes sitting on the sofa at home. Loved the experience and it made our life much much more easier
