Need TRAI DND like integration
It’s a great app and works good but the reporting takes a huge time and asks too much parameters. There may be a feature like TRAI DND where the user can directly report a fraud communication from the call log itself where it is integrated. In the TRAI DMD App an option for reporting appears right in the call log option when a log a slider in ios.

Good app could be better
Very intuitive and nice clean interface. Does the job. Acknowledgement comes through SMS, which is assuring. But wish that a better closure and feedback was available. If action on specific cases is not possible legally, at least in aggregate form total number of cases in various stages of action will be better. Right now it feels that our efforts in reporting are going into a black hole. The app itself can show a dashboard with aggregate data. Thanks for the good initiative.

Tackle Fraud Proactively
For long fraudsters have been conning us and taking advantage of gullible people. This is the best way to ensure that their numbers are hot listed. I take pride in stating that not less than 200 numbers have been reported by me alone. Do your bit and download the app. And keep reporting fraud numbers every time you get a fraud call or WhatsApp or SMS.

Excellent Initiative by the Government of India
I am using this App for the last 4-6 months now and have reported many cases which i or my family has personally gone through. I am reporting cases which include Courier fraud, call from fraud insurance/govt official/ cyber criminal agents hoping that the details provided by me to this app helps and saves many other Indian citizen to falling into the trap of these fraudsters. I would request to all those who are reading this review to help post all scams on this App in order to be in a safe environment

Option for mobile number
App doesn’t allow to add alternate mobile number on which spam messages is received. I have two sim on same mobile handset. I received spam messages on my second SIM but app allow my primary mobile number only and don’t allow to update my second mobile number. Hence made complaint from my primary mobile number however spam messages was on my second mobile number.

Much needed app
This is an important app in the present situation where cyber crimes are more likely to happen. App UI looks little old and takes more inputs which could be hard to submit multiple entries. But considering its purpose, I am ok with it for now. Hope it gets improved and collect inputs like a questionnaire carousel.

A Must Have App
In view of recent social media & cyber security threats, it's a must have app. Developers are requested to add more utilities like to report network issues, speed monitoring, reporting other cybersecurity vulnerabilities & incidents through this app. However, the developers have the responsibility to explain the privacy concerns raised against the app like showing 'private access' to photos in iPhone etc. Good job... keep going

A superb and Simple app to PROTECT phone frauds and recovery of Stolen phones via this app. The best part I liked is Quizz which answers many questions.
More than 6 lakh stolen phones have been recovered which had installed this App and many of them were from KARNATAKA - state run by Congress party WHICH OPPOSING the DOT initiative Of including this App as one of the PREINSTALLED APP IN PHONES SOLD IN INDIA !!!

Typical government app
First of all, why do all government apps should be so bad in UI/UX and functionalities ? Looks like some intern has developed the app or developed by some typical 9-5 employee than someone passionate about developing it. Or they just think, it’s government app, why to put more effort behind this ?!
Secondly I don’t really understand much use of this application yet. Very basic functionalities. Also, not sure of the report and complaint is really handled seriously !

In today’s scenario when there’s so much of loot and fraud going on this one is very much necessary. SIM cards are being purchased and you’re not even aware of it. Your numbers are being stolen from shopping and dining shop and being texted and duped. All these problems are solved with this. Helped me find my lost phone within a month!
I’m really impressed with Sanchar Saathi! I had lost my phone and wasn’t very hopeful at first, but through this app’s tracking and CEIR (Central Equipment Identity Register) system, I was able to locate and recover it within a month. The interface is simple, and the process of reporting the lost device was smooth.

Great App to Report Fraudulent
This is very good initiative by Government, through this App we can report any suspicious Call, Message either Domestic or an International one. This provides a facility to select message or call from mobile itself, and also you can attach a Screenshot of the same. I totally recommend this app to the people as this a Govt of India initiative & who don’t steal your data like TRUE CALLER.

Good app for reporting malicious messages
This is a good app for reporting malicious and spam sms. Even though I have reported many cases, I am not aware of what action has been taken, since the app itself states that they will not give feedback on the action taken. That's not a positive step. It will instill faith in the public if the app makes a provision of displaying (with search option) the numbers against whom action has been taken. More people will then be encouraged to use the app.

App Not Working Problem !
The App is good but sometimes it doesn’t work very well, because Fraud Calls/Messages/emails comes every day in my phone number, so I need to send reports everyday, while sending the Criminal report sometimes the App doesn’t allow to send the Criminal Complaint details. Yes, that is also better if I get to know the location of the fraud and him/her photo so I can do something to protect myself !! And my privacy and love ones !! I need to take help from Cybersecurity Expert to Fix my Problems, even I need to pay money, I will give..!! It’s useless Criminals pay money to the police to not to Arrest them…!!!
