This app gives you the opportunity to record the things that you are grateful for in the Gratitude Journal, allowing you to review past entries to see your progress, along with tips, advice and meditations to calm yourself and establish a deep, meaningful, connection with your Soul.
It can also be used by clients of Jen Styles on her 1 to 1 programme to record their daily diary and contact Jen for advice quickly and easily. It includes SOS Calm meditations to help you through the day and record your progress.
