App booking link issues
For some reason only one of us (my wife and I), can claim the booking in the app. Seems like a pretty simple issue to sort out so that all parties can link to their booking. Other companies like Airbnb, vrbo, American Airlines, and almost any other company with booking apps seem to be able to solve this issue. But not Sandals.

App doesn’t work
Tried to create an account because apparently you can only use the app with an account. However, after multiple codes sent to my email for “verification,” every single code said was incorrect. So couldn’t even get beyond creating an account. Garbage.
Good app- log in is glitchy
The new app lay out is really nice but no matter how many times I say “keep me logged in” and “enable Face ID”… it still logs me out and asks for a code each time. Not the end of the world but frustrating
Paradise
Sandals Curaçao is a beautiful resort with everything you could ever want from a beach vacation! The crystal clear ocean along the swimming portion of the ocean is calm, clear and inviting with floating rings dispersed to swim to and relax upon. The thatched umbrellas along the beach are wonderful to duck out of the sun!
There are lovely pools of all over the property. The biggest pool is a double infinity pool overlooking the ocean; breathtaking really. The music is relaxing and the swim up bar delightful! There was a dancing bartender serving delicious drinks all day.
The food at Sandals Curaçao is top notch! So far at day two we haven’t had a bad meal! Aolos, the restaurant atop a hill overlooking the ocean is spectacular and the food; delicious!
Our room is middle grade in price but fabulous! Our balcony is overlooking the ocean and gardens, is roomy and has a lovely bathroom! I found the bed a bit hard so housekeeping gladly installed a mattress topper to soften it; perfect!
The staff is wonderfully friendly and accommodating!
I strongly recommend Sandals Curaçao for your next vacation ♥️🌴

Restaurant reservations don’t work
The only thing I wanted to do in the app was make a restaurant reservation ahead of our trip and even two days before our trip it is giving error message when I submit the restaurant reservation.
Can’t make pre arrival reservations
New app is OK, but it’s still very glitchy. I am not able to make the pre arrival reservation through the app like it says I can, despite our trip only being 4 days away.
I don’t know if it’s any good
I haven’t been able to get into the app since the change. That’s since August 2025…still waiting for assistance and it’s not for lack of effort on my part. I have a ticket open that I call about monthly and when I call to check the status, I get the same answer “oh my, yes, that’s a long time. I will escalate this for you.” Very frustrating to say it nicely.

What’s the point of having Face ID if I have to keep logging in anyway???
This is to rate the app, not the resorts…
While we love the sandals resorts and continue to go yearly, I’m not a big fan of the upgrade on the app. I found the old one was easier to navigate.
Not the best app for room information and restaurant reservations
The app is generally good for resort information, but the restaurant booking was faulty and didn’t show all the bookings I’d made, so ended up with 4 different bookings when I enquired with the concierge to make a booking for me! The app also doesn’t show your room charges, so you have to use the TV app to show these, although that stopped working after two days too.

Logging in is terrible!
What did you do to the login process? Even if you set up Face ID it logs you out and you have to get a new pin every time through email.

This app needs to go back to the previous. You don’t get to make reservations for the restaurants in the app. The daily activities for the resort is no longer available. So you would have to go to the main lobby to find out because nothing is listed. I’m highly upset because this just switched on me. Hate it has nothing useful.

App doesn’t keep you logged in nor does it display my linked trip.
Looks nice but…
Keeps cancelling my reserved restaurants. The whole idea is to reserve at least one before you leave home. I did and the new updated app cancelled it and won’t allow me to re-book. We’ll see if it’s still there when we arrive. Our second reservation at a different sandals resort was deleted also.

Horrible Update
Since the update you have to log in every time you use the app and it won’t keep you logged in even if you click keep me signed in. Also, if you use a larger font on your phone you have to change that every time that you use the app or else it isn’t functional. Take it back to the old version!

Currently on property and updated the app and now it lost my current reservation, along schedule and property info!
