Connections, the season as its own tab, the Hard Side-Quest and a lot in training and nutrition. NEW • Connections (More → Connections): connect with people you know through a link or code. Each side alone chooses what the other sees of their season — nothing, ticks or values; the default is nothing. Start the same season in co-op, or run two side by side, with a shared streak. • PvP, even without a season of your own: challenges in steps, rules kept, sleep, calories, protein, training sessions or weight in per cent, for 3 to 90 days. By accepting, you see exactly that one number. • Weight and food are shown to a connection only with their own switch: after a confirmation, from the day you switch it on, food only as daily totals. • Leaderboard: whoever joins competes every week with their connections who join too — steps, training and season, up to 100 points each. Optional, leave at any time. • Disconnect, block and report at any time; the operator looks at every report within 24 hours. • Hard Side-Quest: a few days off all your duties — a trip, a hike. From tomorrow, 2 to 14 days, with a reason: season, streaks and reminders freeze — no penalties, no bonus. • The season gets its own tab while one is running; at the end there is a summary per rule, and one tap starts the next season with the same rules. • Feeling off? Spare body rules for today, for a few points. For things you can plan: pause a rule from tomorrow for up to 14 days. • Scoring can be chosen per season: charge, sleep per night or on average, weekly budget, streak, penalty zone. • A note per exercise — for every time, or just for next time. • Template for next time: when you finish, the app asks what from today should stay. • Pin and delete routines; the week plan shows ten days and asks when you move a session: “This week only” or “Every week from now on”? • Add steps by hand when the watch was not with you — today or yesterday, on one day a week. • Your own pace in per cent a week; for cutting also “Slow” (0.25 %). If your weight falls or rises too fast, a card says so. • Below your measured maintenance, the cross-check — and why the two numbers differ. • Every block of your day can ring, single ones can be muted, with a lead time; plus a weigh-in reminder. • Ticking off blocks is an option — the day plan also works as a plain timetable. BETTER • Before a journal page is read with AI, the app asks — without your yes, no photo leaves the app. • The rest timer keeps running when you switch tabs. • A session past midnight stays one; a reopened session no longer loses sets. • After training, the app shows “Trained today” instead of a suggestion. • Sick day: let steps count or rest — your choice. • Steps no longer run backwards; a tap on water no longer brings an old number back. • Events from your calendar and TrainerRoad follow your time zone; dates are right west of Greenwich too. • The morning check asks all day until your weight is in (can be switched off). • Quests appear at once; buttons at the bottom no longer cover anything.
