I’m ready for a new distributor
This app is horrible, favorites tab is gone. Takes forever to search for the items. I’ve submitted feedback to get it fixed and contacted sandstroms but Rachel”my rep” never gets back to me. This company and app are disappointing.
App won’t orient landscape for iPads with keyboards!!
This app is not user/device-friendly. It won’t orient from portrait to landscape for people who use iPad keyboards. I tried submitting a “report a problem”. I took me to the page but there is no place to type... the only things that works on that page is the “submit” button which then sends an empty report. I also tried searching for an item. Typed name into search bar, hit enter and it just sat there. No “item not found”, no try again. Just nothing. Don’t think this app got tested by potential users.

Hi Quiet Challenged...perhaps give it another try. It is not built for iPads in landscape but search works as do a bevy of other features. Please try again with that latest version of the app.
