App doesn’t work can’t get photo of sandy to pair up the screen in camera is always black

Downloaded the app so I could use the camera to play with sandy but the screen is just black
App doesn’t work
App does not work. The augmented reality option doesn’t display anything to find Sandy on the camera. The screen is permanently black.
