Ghost Bikes and Parking
Very promising service but troublesome issues. The first we dealt with had to do with “ghost bikes” - bikes that appeared on the locator but were not actually at the location specified. The second had to do with finding parking. You are only allowed to leave the bikes in designated locations. However, those locations are hidden until you rent the bike.
If you find a bike, and know you can park it at your destination, it’s very fun and convenient.

Can’t rent a bike…
…if you don’t get the email confirmation. Two of us registered but never got the email (we both checked spam) so our bike plans for the day are canceled. I understand the desire to not let Apple take their cut, but in this case you lost 100% of the revenue by not cutting them in.
