Very worst bus and arrogant and senseless drivers
Bus no- (MH 19 CY 9666)One of the worst travel experiences I have ever had. The pickup process was completely unorganized and there was no proper communication from the staff. Passengers are left confused and forced to chase the driver for basic information that should have been provided in advance.
The service showed a complete lack of professionalism and respect for passengers’ time. When people pay for a ticket, they expect a smooth journey, not stress and unnecessary inconvenience before even boarding the bus.
Customer support was disappointing, coordination was poor, and the overall experience was unacceptable. I strongly advise travelers to consider other operators if they value punctuality, communication, and basic customer service.

Extremely Poor and Unacceptable Experience with Sangitam Travel
I am traveling to Pune on Sangitam Bus (MH19 CX7773), and the AC stopped working mid-journey. Despite multiple complaints from passengers, the crew members did absolutely nothing to resolve the issue.
The bus became suffocating, with poor air circulation, making it hard to breathe. To make matters worse, the seats were dusty and unhygienic. This is completely unacceptable for an AC bus service and shows a lack of concern for passenger comfort and safety.
This has been one of the worst travel experiences I’ve had. I strongly advise people to avoid Sangitam Travel. I will never choose or recommend this service again.
