Poor tech follow through
App still not fixed for months. Claim is that it is. No update offered, though.

Still broken
iOS 18.6.2 — app hadn’t worked for weeks. Deleted and removed multiple times. Screen remains on nonfunctional search page with no access to account login or personalized schedule/calendar. No longer receive notifications for pickup.

We used to use the Sanipac App weekly. Sadly, for both my husband and I, a pop-up window in the app now asks us to update the app. But this isn’t possible - either within the app or in the App Store. Please fix this! Thank you!
Recycling
Important so plastics don’t get in land fills and ocean. Need to work so all plastic goes to recycling. Going back to glass that is recycled is better. Sanitation service keeps our environment cleaner and safer

Maximum utility
Minimal data collection on a stable simple app, push notifications the day before pickup, no more guessing on if recycling goes out or yard debris. Win win win.
Notifications
For some reason, I stopping getting notifications from the app. I have done everything they recommended and even deleted and reinstalled this app. The IT team has not been helpful. The only response I got is a automated message saying to do all the things I have done. The notifications are important for me because I have my garbage picked up every other week. I have missed my garbage day 3x now!!

Recycle updates
I’m a FIRM believer in recycling. Our environment must be protected & preserved so I ask folks like SANIPAC to stay on top of the newest innovations in using up created plastics. I realize the industry is in command but if the hear from YOU because you hear from US then possibly WE can make a difference. Help ME relieve my guilt when I have to toss plastic!!!

Makes things easy!
The app is great! The notifications and reminders it provides are very helpful! Being able to pay your bill on the app is secure and very easy! The app is very useful for me!

Some glitches with the app telling me the week of pick up but not specific day of week, maybe resolved soon

This app would be good if it had a bill pay option like other service providers. Get with the times Sanipac!
Almost perfect
I've used Sanipac for almost 30 years. In that time the have forgotten to pick up my trash 4 times.
I have been disappointed by the fact that they didn't come back and get it on the same day. And for such a large company I was surprised that they didn't comp me anything.
Oh-well.
