The SaniRiskCard® application is the health service that allows the patient to manage their radiological safety and that of their dependents, recording the Radiological Risk Index derived from the medical exposures to which they have been subjected. All the information contained is property of the patient in relation to the responsibility for the management of the radiological history by the Care Units. Access to SaniRiskCard® user data is only authorized to physicians within the scope of their responsibility for patient safety management. The download and use implies acceptance the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy of the application.
