Slow and random promts
The app loads slow enough but its now giving me random regional prompts for no reason and it does not allow me to do it

Bad customer support. No response. Unable to change the original password the previous owner has put on the device.
Camera quality
Since the update 3 days ago you know cannot switch from SD to HD quality
Latest update caused problem
The latest update makes the preview not work properly. It now only displays one large camera and the others smaller to the side. There is no way to set the default to anything else and you have to manually change it every time you open the app settings opens but never actually load the page properly. This is the same on three devices I have tried.

It says network error
It says network error when I try to view my cameras on my mobile network and only work if connected to a wife so if I am out and want to check the cameras, I need to look for a wifi…

The app changes my time incorrectly
When I put my system date correctly on my monitor, it stays the same time, which works completely fine. But when I go to this app and check my channel, it completely changes my time to the next day. I don’t know why this happens, and it seems to be an error going on through this app. Please fix this issue of unnecessary time change on my app. 👎👎👎👎👎👎

Nicht endende Wartungsarbeiten & nicht antwortender Support
App läuft wie aus wäre es aus den frühen 2000 und dazu sagt es mir es werden Wartungsarbeiten vorgenommen, scheinbar werden diese nie enden. Und der Support antwortet natürlich auch nicht.
Can’t rewind to review recordings
I used to be able to rewind and watch footage of incidents in front of my house, I can use the live video, but can’t rewind to watch last nights video of someone trying to break into 1 of my cars. I tried to pay for a subscription to have cloud storage, and it says that maintenance is being performed and won’t give me any other options.

Why can’t it default to HD?
In fact what is the point of it having a standard definition setting?

You have got to laugh 😂 I’m glad I don’t buy their cloud services it seems always in maintenance what a joke 👎. Not a very good company.
Oh come on please support this app. Not been updated for a year now still have issues. Will never buy of the company again. It seems that this system alarm playback only works with 24 hr clock but will not work with am/pm clock. Took ages to find this out with no reply or help from the dev. Which would have helped. New update puts the recording time top centre of the screen when saving a video please remove it or give the user to in the settings. When playing back the saved video it blocks some of the screen you need to view which could be important. Not sure why you have done that. Plus the timer stays at 00.00.00 not working. Still broke please fix dev. I have tried and tried to post my reviews so many times. Only for them to be deleted by the dev. My review is only given to help dev to improve the app but seems the dev doesn’t like any negative views. The app still not working very well. Crashing on alarm checking via the information button. And playback has never worked. Let’s see if this gets posted.

Settings doesn’t work
App ok for viewing but no option to change settings as continuously scrolls on a blank screen !!

Absolute garbage
- froze whenever I tried to record
- crashes whenever the phone locks
- crashes when put in background
- turns your screen up to 100% brightness
- downloads always stick on 0% and never work
- can't download in background (but it doesn't work anyway so whatever)
- can't change playback speed
- annoying to set up
- inconsistent, annoying UI
- none of this will ever be fixed, last update was more than a year ago
But hey it's literally the only app your DVR supports, so I guess you'll have to use it right?

Muy buenas cámaras
Pero no puedo recuperar en nombre del usuario de ninguna manera ni en la app LINE no funciona no lo recomendamos es un poco difícil recuperar la cuenta sin nombre de usuario si olvide mi contra seña y no puedo recuperar mi cuenta el buzón de enlace para cambiar contraseña no funciona !

Le logiciel permet de visionner en temps réel, de recevoir les notifications d’alarme avec une vidéo de 30 secondes et de lire les vidéos du disque dur. ET C’EST TOUT
Je n’ai pas trouvé sur ce soft la possibilité de régler à distance pour d’activer ou désactiver la détection ou même de régler la sensibilité de la détection. Ce que font les caméras de base!!!!
Il faut donc être à la maison pour faire ces réglages. Honteux
De plus les alarmes par mail ne fonctionnent pas avec gmail qui semble avoir bloqué cette possibilité !

Very limited support from app developer
I have had nothing but trouble between logging in on the device and the app. Been locked out for weeks. Requested assistance and we told to patient. Finally came back to me with a proposed fix - no didn’t work. Not happy with the level of support.
What have you done?
The app no longer allows me to continuously watch a stream what have you done to this update.

Achat il y a 2 ans… a fonctionné 2 mois depuis impossible de se connecter en 4g ou autre. Seule solution, le wifi direct…
Aucune utilite donc ! Puisque j’ai deja un ecran de controle a domicile… le local ne sert a rien !! Aucune reponse du sav, pas de suivi et aucune mises a jour effectuee. Une etoile est encore trop gentille pour un tel resultat !!!
Partez a la concurrence et oubliez sannce. Pour l’argent, present, pour le reste… adieu.
Ideal en babyphone si vous etes devant votre enfant sous la camera avec lui … -_-‘ on marche sur la tete.

Remote viewing fails on Mobile Network
Great easy set up system, I have installed loads, but lately I cannot view remotely on mobile app through my mobile network. Works fine on my wifi while at home, but whole point is to view remotely. Please fix this issue..!!
