No matter how many times I try to log in. It keeps coming up with failed try again….!

Just rubbish. Can’t make an account just keeps saying operation failed. Brand new unit and it’s a paperweight as I can’t use it. Waste of money and try to contact this mob. That’s even harder. No reply’s and no help whatsoever. Don’t waste your time and money on Sannce you will regret it.

Once u learn to use the main box on the tv/monitor to scan id and use mobile to retrieve super passwords for those with short memories ect🙃 the system works well
Writing this as i went through trouble sorting mobile app a few time
Especially with power works and a cat that climbs over well did the wires and power inlet and not very tech savvy
So i like it
