Useless!
This app is completely not fit for purpose. I have only once successfully been able to insert the data. It always says there is an issue with logging in, or verification. It is a waste of time and a real limitation of the study as very difficult to enter any worthwhile or real time data
Completely useless
Never logs in properly, always buffering and then doesn’t lead anywhere, freezes constantly. Was told I would receive notifications when the diary was available to complete and that doesn’t happen. Every month I’m emailing the study team to ask for help with this app. Absolute waste of time and money

Bad app
Also cannot get the app to work. Really disappointed.
Completely useless!
Since joining the study I’ve consistently had issues with this app including not being able to get into it, the app freezing, issues with authentication codes not working and not receiving reminder emails. I’ve tried on multiple devices and I haven’t yet been able to successfully log in and fill out the diary - incredibly frustrating. Please could something be done to make changes so that this actually works?!

Very unreliable
The app is currently very unreliable and doesn’t allow access to the e-diary. Flashes up then disappears so may need some further development.
