Ideea e buna insa Customer Service-ul lor foarte slab

Pacat, pentru ca e o idee faina, am incercat sa explic ca am o problema si am vrut sa cer un refund pro-rata pentru serviciile nefolosite (nu sa folosesc serviciul gratis sau mai stiu eu ce pomana) insa nu am dat demult peste asa un CS slab… orice am sugerat “nu, nu se poate”, zero solutii. Serviciul cu clientii este important atunci cand ai un serviciu fara de care se poate trai si care nu este NECESAR absolut deloc - adica concurezi cu abonamentul direct la sala.

Nu încercați mizeria asta! Pe lângă faptul ca durează extrem de mult să ți faci un cont, au o aplicație foarte slow și costumer service extrem de prost, nu oferă refund dacă le explici care a fost problema !
