Santa Stood Up My 3-year old
Santa never called and refunded us with no explanation. She was devastated. We were told when we called that Santa didn’t receive enough funding to continue. We scheduled back in November and had no heads up.

I was looking for an option to see Santa without going to the mall this year. I purchased 3 personalized videos for my kids who are 1, 3 and 5. They all loved it and my 5 year old was shocked at how much Santa knew about him. It was way better than the few seconds you spend with Santa at the mall.
My sons face when Santa was looking at his list and was told he was indeed on the nice list this year was priceless.
