Gosh I diskike this app so much I always want to check my balance and it never lets always says it down it so annoying and frustrating! I try logging in and never!! Always down especially after hours or weekends
Not very good
I love my bank but this app definitely needs work. It’s always down at the most inconvenient times. There’s no way to even add another bank to transfer money. I wish it was better.
Transfer of funds
Not able to add your bank info from another bank to transfer funds from that bank account to the loan account to pay for it.
Mobile Deposit
Why did the mobile deposit go away? Very inconvenient! There’s one SFFCU in Albuquerque and it’s not close so I really depended on the mobile deposit.
Disappointed
I hate the new app. You can't see your available balance unless you click on each one of your accounts. The old app was so much better from that aspect because I could login in and see my true balance right away. I also hate that you can't transfer directly from checking your balance. Santa Fe took 12 steps forward with the last app but this one made them take 60 steps backward.
