Few free options
I had used this app in the past and it felt like there were more free options. Not worth $50 for the short amount of time I'd use it. As a teacher this doesn't fit my budget.
Disappointing Experience with Santa In Photos .AI Santa App
Despite owning compatible devices such as an iPhone 15 Pro Max and an iPad Air 2, I have encountered persistent issues with the Santa In Photos.AI Santa app by Dexati.Even after purchasing the Pro feature,the promised AI Santa functionality has consistently failed to work on both of my devices🙁.
I have diligently followed all troubleshooting steps recommended by the app and attempted to contact the support team twice by email,but Ive not received any response.The issues remain unsolved, and the AI Santa photos do not materialise or function as advertised,leaving me disappointed and frustrated. While other parts of the app work,this feature is stuck on loading,displaying a message to wait that never changes,even after leaving it for more than a day.
As a user managing type 1 diabetes,I prioritise my health,especially on warmer days. It's important to stay in a cool environment and stay hydrated. This app's failure to deliver on its promises adds to my frustration ☹️,especially considering it's potential appeal to younger children.
I hope by sharing my experience here will help others considering this app. I look forward 🤞🏻to improvements that may enhance the user experience for everyone. Ive rated this 3 stars,as the working parts are good 👍🏻,but the core feature needs significant improvement!
