All the conveniences of an app
The app is secure and convenient. I mostly love how I can use facial recognition to sign in instead of having to use a password. Mobile check deposits are easy, too.

picture deposit doesn’t work
Used to be great with no issues, now it won’t let me deposit checks. I try several times, with proper lighting, and none of them are accepted. Very frustrating. Otherwise, works well.
Was great before
But now it’s updated with no facial recognition for iPhone? Boooo! Disappointing.

Face ID bug
I don’t know if anyone else is having this problem, but every time I try to use Face ID to access the app it says “device not registered with our system”. It’s the only issue I have with the app. Please fix it.
Terrible change
The old app so was easy to use. This one doesn’t show some of my accounts, can’t find half the stuff I need, and logs out for no reason. Now I have to spend my morning calling to get the functions done but hey job security for the teller. Maybe they should fire this terrible app developer and give the tellers a raise. 😡
