Hi Bbdb, Thanks for letting me know. Santa must have been taking a little break or stopping to feed the reindeer. Sometimes the tracker can get a bit confused when Santa is moving very fast around the world. Please make sure the app has permission to access your location and that location services on your device are turned on for the most accurate tracking.

Hi Elcdae, I’m really sorry that I forgot to include adorable Rudolph and the special moss. I’ll be adding them very soon. Regarding Santa’s other videos, they are meant to show Santa happily spending time with kids and how he spends his day at home. Thank you for your feedback. Unable to give location access to the app!

Hi Tireponge, I am sorry to hear that you are facing an issue with the app. Could you please check that your device location setting is turned or not?
