They seem to have switched from olo to skytab so the app no longer works. You can order through their website still.
App not working
App has been working and for some reason within the last couple months it doesn’t. When it worked this app was amazing.
What is going on?
This app worked fine for years. Broke a couple of months ago to where you couldn’t submit an order. Now they’ve just completely given up on taking online orders.
I used to order weekly but can’t be bothered going down to the restaurant and waiting around or worse, trying to communicate with them over the phone.
Whoever is running this needs to wake up!!!

Bad service
At the Lochbuie location, my order has been wrong, burnt breakfast tortilla and you have to wait forever to get the order. I’m not sure if there has been a turnover in help but I’m so disappointed. I will be taking a break from this location for awhile. Also the on line ordering hasn’t been working for weeks that’s an inconvenience to me.

No online ordering
Only one location has online ordering. Why have an app if you don’t have service top order off the app? A waste of time.
Suggestion
Hi. Love the app but would like to be able to have chili on the side added for any selection where chili is required. For instance I can have chili on the side for stuffed sopapillas but not for chili rellianos.
Or you could add a special request box to have chili on the side added there.

App stopped working
Don’t try to use this app until you read that they fixed. I’ve used it for years. However for the last two orders (14 May 2025) was the second one that wouldn’t work. It erased my on-file credit card and declined two cards when I tried to renter. Talked to staff and a lot of customers have complained but nothing has been fixed.

How many orders do you lose because the app does not accept a correctly entered credit card?
Crashes often
The app works sometimes. Often not though.
App freezes
App freezes to only a white screen every few days or so for me. Have to reboot phone to get it working again. No other app I have does that.
Unable to set a scheduled pickup order
The app doesn’t even let me get past the first page. Garbage. Very clearly abandoned.
Need eggs over easy option
Why no option for eggs over easy for huevos rancheros? I don’t want my eggs, medium or hard or scrambled. I want them over easy.
Love Santiago’s but…
Online ordering is good, but some items need the “chili on the side” option. Indian Tacos, Stuffed Sopapillas & Chili Rellenos need to be phone ordered if you want chili on the side. Frustrating!
Lost their way
At least my location has. With inflation, they have raised their prices as expected. What I didn’t expect was the burritos dropping to half size, and broken taco and tostada shells mixed in with the chips to stretch them out. 1st time I laughed it off thinking it was a fluke. But after the 2nd time, I decided to not return. If a business loses respect for their customers, customers should not return. In a year maybe I will give them another chance.

What is the purpose of ordering online waiting your time to pick it up and having to wait an additional 20min in the restaurant . Walk ins we’re getting food faster!

I like mobile ordering. However this app declines my saved credit card. I use it once a week and with every order I have to enter my credit card information again.

I like all the meats like pork chop, carne asada and steak but the chili cheese fries🤤👌🏼
