Worst app on the App Store
Terrible experience from day one can’t get the app to work uninstalled it multiple times and still saids The server is temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance. Please try again later. After reading other reviews Apple should just take this app off the store
Doesn’t work. Says an update or isn’t available
Not sure what’s going on but I cannot log in and says an update or app is unavailable.

Needed to re-authorize but won’t accept credentials. App deleted.
Horrible Timekeeping App
Horrible app. Every couple of weeks I’m having to remove and redownload because it doesn’t work. FIX IT! I have no choice, only due to work, but I’ve begged them to get another platform for for time keeping! Just read the average reviews. Everyone isn’t lying.
Bad Bad Bad Time entry App
Vary Bad Time entry App. Annoying process to enter time. Lets you have multiple ids for different vendors which causes lot of confusion.
Inconsistent log in
When the app works it is a handy tool. The issue is that once I choose a log in method, the app will remember that for about two days then it doesn’t log me in anymore. I’m constantly resetting the app to gain access. That vicious cycle has just about reached the end of my patience.
Doesn’t work
I’ve tried the QR scan and it never reads, it always says there’s an error. So I used my login info (which I keep in a password vault) and it says login information incorrect, even though I use that information to log in on my laptop.
Not working
Not working since yesterday’s update.
Latest update deleted sign on screen
The latest update 16-Dec-2025 deleted the sign in page. It’s blank. There’s no way to sign in or use a passkey, just completely vanished.
It literally just doesn't work
It's so annoying having to log onto a website to put in my hours 😭 please fix the app 💕🙌

This is the most horrible time management app to deal with. Poor rating and you can’t get into it to enter your time.

This app is so slow and the UI is almost unusable..
Take 10 mins to complete what should be a 20 second task (enter the days of the week you worked)
How this app got approved for release is beyond my level of comprehension…

Just use the web version
Clearly they don’t care about this app
The web version is horrific to use especially on mobile but somehow the app version is even worse
It takes me 10 times longer to complete my weekly timesheet on the mobile app because it requires 3 times as many clicks with updates in between

Garbage App
I am unable to put my time in because when I open the app it says login failed before I attempt to login. I changed my password and still can’t login. The app has been down for weeks.
Horrible interface not user friendly
I was unable to click the button to scan my QR code had to do it manually.
No thought put into this
This is a technical answer to a business requirement. When you first open the app the default log in is via a QR code. It wants me to log into the website to get the QR code. If I’m out on a site and my preference is to use the app, why would I even consider logging into the website. I eventually found the password login but why isn’t this the default login option or why aren’t both options on the default login page. Just think about who is using this before you decide how it should be built.

Does not work
Worked fine for first week. Does not allow me to create a new timesheet for this week and now the week ends (july 4th wknd) on thursday (tomorrow) and I am effed.

Absolutely terrible replacement for an absolutely terrible website
I don’t understand how SAP are still considered by anyone to make any digital product. The website is the most unusable, untested, atrocious piece of UX ever to be built. Cannot be used on mobile. I enquired about their approach to accessibility, and was told I should use the app.
Well, this is close to being worse. Doesn’t have half the supposed functionality of the website, looks even worse, and still requires my laptop to log in. Who thought of that? Why do you think I’m having to install an app on my phone? Because your website is unusable on it and I don’t have my laptop, that’s why! Are all the people working on this really this backwards?! It beggars belief.
