Does not allow sign-in
It’s a real shame that this app does not work properly as it would be very beneficial to have on my work phone however no matter what I do to try and sign in even using the correct password it says login failed. without logging into the app. It is a useless piece of tech.
Worst app on the App Store
Terrible experience from day one can’t get the app to work uninstalled it multiple times and still saids The server is temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance. Please try again later. After reading other reviews Apple should just take this app off the store

Not sure what’s going on but I cannot log in and says an update or app is unavailable.
Hilarious
It’s honestly hilarious how bad this app is. If you ran a competition as a joke for people to write the WORST possible timesheet app, this app would win! I have never seen an app so slow, so clunky, so unintuitive, so frustrating to use. Whoever designed and developed this should be embarrassed to release such garbage.

Horrible Timekeeping App
Horrible app. Every couple of weeks I’m having to remove and redownload because it doesn’t work. FIX IT! I have no choice, only due to work, but I’ve begged them to get another platform for for time keeping! Just read the average reviews. Everyone isn’t lying.
Pathetic app
I really wonder why companies use this pathetic app for timesheet entries. I cannot even login to this app forget about timesheet entry. Full of bugs, issues, inconsistencies. I think the devs were high when writing the code for this.
Bad Bad Bad Time entry App
Vary Bad Time entry App. Annoying process to enter time. Lets you have multiple ids for different vendors which causes lot of confusion.
Bad software
It mostly works, but there’s no excuse for an app this simple to be so slow. The slowness causes apparent bugs like thinking you’ve updated your time, but pressing submit before the screen updates. It also seems like I have to submit twice every time? Why can’t a company this big write a good app?
Can’t login v 3.0.70
Unfortunately the latest update means the app does not work. Can’t login and access info.. need a fix ASAP
Inconsistent log in
When the app works it is a handy tool. The issue is that once I choose a log in method, the app will remember that for about two days then it doesn’t log me in anymore. I’m constantly resetting the app to gain access. That vicious cycle has just about reached the end of my patience.
Doesn’t work
I’ve tried the QR scan and it never reads, it always says there’s an error. So I used my login info (which I keep in a password vault) and it says login information incorrect, even though I use that information to log in on my laptop.

Latest update deleted sign on screen
The latest update 16-Dec-2025 deleted the sign in page. It’s blank. There’s no way to sign in or use a passkey, just completely vanished.

It literally just doesn't work
It's so annoying having to log onto a website to put in my hours 😭 please fix the app 💕🙌

This is the most horrible time management app to deal with. Poor rating and you can’t get into it to enter your time.

Just use the web version
Clearly they don’t care about this app
The web version is horrific to use especially on mobile but somehow the app version is even worse
It takes me 10 times longer to complete my weekly timesheet on the mobile app because it requires 3 times as many clicks with updates in between

I am unable to put my time in because when I open the app it says login failed before I attempt to login. I changed my password and still can’t login. The app has been down for weeks.
