Kein iPad Support - keine native App

App ist nicht für iPads gemacht. Permanent muss man sich anmelden trotz Touch/FaceID.

Sehr wenig hilfreiche Informationen und kaum hilfreiche Funktionen - nutzlos. Besse ist die Web Version

Is not a mobile

It is not a mobile application. I have never experienced a mobile app that requires credentials to be entered every time. There is no Face ID.
The text message received about case updates doesn’t open the app but the browser.
SAP please have some kids to make this app work.

I doesn’t look like a SAP quality and experience.

Not working with iOS 15 anymore

App crashes on iPhone 7 with iOS 15.8.3

Mto bom - very good

So far I have been using the app to access and update my clients cases. The app is very good for that. So far I’ve been able to do everything I had to and the app worked perfectly. So far it’s been mandatory for my work. I strongly recommend the app.

Doesn’t work

During “onboarding”, the app asks to create a password (why? My phone is already password protected). No matter what I enter in the field, it doesn’t move beyond that screen.

Please Simplify Onboarding

Onboarding should be much easier - e.g. just scanning a QR code is setting up everything and then an easy login only with Face ID. And don’t forget: easy switching between different S-Users without the need of typing passwords.

The regular support portal of SAP only requires username and password, but the app asks me to create and remember an additional passcode if at least 8 characters? Dear developers, please integrate FaceID if you think that extra level of security is required for some random support and download portal!

The available informations in the App are good for nothing.

Few functions

At the moment only few functions available in this app as it looks like

Good app, but incomplete

It’s a very good app, I can manage my cases easily, however options for managing or read service requests are missing.

No Tablet Version

This App is only for iPhone. When opening it on iPad it just shows a small screen inside the App where the contents are. It does not scale at all. Pretty bad for a App that is relatively new. There are easy ways to make your app scale automatically to different display sizes..
