This is a mobile application to manage booking information from the Call Center.
When the customer has the request for booking who will call to the Call Center and then the agent will ask them some private information include as booking-date, full name, mobile, booking-hour, quantity, and some extra info.
Finally, the agent will make the reservation on our website and it will transfer to the store's cashier to check whether the available room or not before approve or deny through the mobile app.
Up to 2 minutes, the agent has to confirm to the customer whether their request was approved or not?
