By far my favorite minesweeper EVER
I’m a young adult so I unfortunately didn’t get to experience the original minesweeper on windows, but I was recently introduced to the game through Roblox and fell in love. It’s been so much fun to learn and get better at the game. The only part that sucked about wanting to play minesweeper all the time was that I couldn’t find a way to play offline that wasn’t just a poorly made rip-off of windows 95.
That’s when I discovered Sapper. On a long road trip, I searched the App Store one last, desperate time. When I saw the one and only review I knew this had to be the app that would make minesweeper accessible anywhere at any time, and not hurt my eyes lol.
No ads, no terrible graphics (sorry windows95, I love you but I can’t look at you for hours), and it is indeed endless. Getting a high score on the daily board is such a fun concept and reminds me of wordle, but having rush and endless mode as an alternative is really nice too! You do have to pay $10.99 for unlimited endless attempts, but I got a discount at $3.99 for reaching 1,000 revealed blocks in one level.
I know I probably shouldn’t be so sappy over Minesweeper (pun intended :3), but I am just so thankful to have found this app. It’s really calming and I can just sit and play for hours. Please, please never give into advertisements and keep the sleek design. THANK YOU!!!

This is such a great review. The 'zen-like state' is exactly what I've been chasing with the infinite board and the design. I didn't want to make just another clone based on Win98 nostalgia but add some value with keeping the app clean. No ads, no constant IAP prompts.
