Amazing app and yoga teacher
I love the app so much. I can definitely get yoga for cheaper on other apps, but I just think it’s worth paying more for quality. Sarah genuinely teaches you about yoga throughout your practice, she guides you, and sometimes you see her lose her balance which I think is so real to me. She just seems like a genuine, real person and not someone simply performing poses. I feel like I’m doing yoga with company, rather than on my own.
And there really is something for every need.

My Favorite Way to Practice
Sarah Beth is my absolute favorite yoga teacher. Her style of teaching is precise, soothing and professional. I’m able to completely relax during her classes, which is very hard for me to do. Plus, the app is very well designed and easy to navigate. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I started Sara Beth when I was recovering from a chronic health condition. Her practice then fully matched up with what I learn and study in AYURVEDA. Her videos are quiet and carefully coached! Best Ever
I started using this App during COVID when my studio shut down and I never stopped! Sarah Beth is wonderful. Her voice is soothing and her instructions clear. I love the flexibility of yoga at home. Anything I need from 5 minutes to 60, specific body parts, kinds of yoga: I could go on and on. This App keeps me disciplined and grounded. I highly recommend it!

Her voice is extremely calming love the variety that is available to you on the app, her guidance and modifications are brilliant. Worth the investment!
I love watching ad free and I like that the app keeps up with the videos I have completed and lets me choose favorites. The programs are great too. I’m working on the 8 week trauma healing program and it’s amazing how much of a difference just 5 or 10 minutes a day can make. Having the app helps keep me more consistent with a daily yoga practice.

Love that I can stop and renew anywhere with this app on my phone
I have been following SB for about 2 years and doing yoga with her YouTube videos. Having the app is especially great because I can do yoga anytime and have it when I’m traveling.
The meditation videos are something I have been using a lot. Having her calming voice and a variety of meditations to choose from has been extremely beneficial when my anxiety flares.

Wowza! SBY is friendly for ALL abilities
I followed SBY on you tube on and off for a few years. I couldn’t get into a rhythm and wasn’t sure where to start. When SBY released her birthday special for the app and membership, I snagged the deal and I’m so so happy I did. The app gave me a starting point by having calendar to follow along with. While I wasn’t necessarily a beginner, I certainly wouldn’t qualify as an intermediate, I went ahead and started with the beginner calendar and I’m glad I did. I was a refresher on how to flow properly and the prompts she gives are spot and and at the exact time I need them (example: “keep shoulders soft, keep core engaged, hips aligned)! There is a daily calendar that has preloaded routines for you OR you can add your own routine from her collection or calendar programs. When completing them, a little green check mark appears and gosh it’s great to see a green check mark as a way to keep track and keep me motivated. I highly recommend this app, especially to beginners. Sarah Beth, you were exactly where I needed you to be for me to snag the birthday special. Thank you!

Beautiful yoga
I have done yoga for years and had been searching through so many videos looking for the perfect instructor. Then I found Sarah Beth and have stayed with her, even buying a subscription to her app, which I never do! Her voice is just lovely and the videos are easy to follow and are perfectly balanced for all levels. She makes you feel like you. Am just do it and feel better about yourself. I love that if you only have 10 minutes or 60 mins then you can find a class to suit you.

SBY App
I first met Sarah Beth at a local club she was teaching at in Denver Colorado. She was the best teacher there but eventually I had to move from Denver to Vancouver British Columbia, but I didn’t have to leave Sarah Beth in Denver because she released an app shortly after that and I have been able to continue yoga with her for five years. I tried some local yoga studios here, but none of them gave me near the amount of choices and teaching, and overall health benefit that this app does. This is all you need for the rest of your life. Literally, you can grow old with all of the choices. She has in this app for different ages and levels.

Variety, options and motivation
I have really enjoyed this app and appreciated being able to engage in SarahBeth Yoga! I like the community aspect, the daily yoga options when I’m unsure of what I want to do for that day, and the themed monthly yoga options. This app has provided me with the motivation to complete yoga on a more consistent basis :)
