Took my money but did not provide the product

My trial period ran out, I purchased the tabla package, PayPal confirmed the money had been taken (£6.99 - should have been $6.99 !), but the app still insists my trial has run out and I need to purchase a package. I would like my money returned please immediately.
And I should add that the email address given for support just bounces back unrecognised. Sobi have nowhere to go to raise this issue.

Excellent app for musicians.
Hindustani classical singers or instrumentalists, light classical singers, ghazal, thumri or even kathak dancers will find this app useful for their practice.

For the first time, it needs network connectivity, Check . your network access. It shouldnt take more then few seconds in normal course.

Login is requires to store the work of user (created styles and presets) on cloud. Without it, people will loose the work, when the switch the phone or it gets damaged. The app knows only email address and nothing more. New update will allows anonymous login.
