Terrible service
Do not use this service, they are known to pack as many orders into one car as possible I live in Warwick and had 7 different stops before my home when delivering from Hamilton. Food is always cold. Expect delays of over 2 hours from when food is picked up

Made an order to get dropped to the hospital mind you there’s only one on island and the driver said she dropped it to security. That’s ok but 40 minutes later I haven’t received it and all the nurses are saying they haven’t seen or heard anything about an order and ER security where the food was allegedly dropped off to says they haven’t seen or heard anything either. I’m not mad at the driver cause it’s not your fault. She isn’t responsible for what happens to it after she’s delivered it but customer service was terrible. When I asked for help to try and figure out what’s going on all customer service had to say was my order was dropped at this time and at this spot as if I wasn’t already aware. I asked for a refund and was denied by them just changing the conversation. Eventually I gave up and just said forget about it. Obviously I’m not getting my money back or food. I definitely won’t be using them again. Next time I want something either myself or someone that I know will collect it so I can actually receive my order without wondering where it is or what happened. Don’t recommend unless you have money to waste
