So many errors in this app and doesn’t run smoothly and this app has so many glitches please fix all the problem

Online side

For online treatment paid ₹1,800 on 18.06.2025 . But on this I can contact doctor due doctor side payment faild . But Patient side successfully paid .after 18 days no doctor respond . And my amount don’t credit my account 06.07.2025 . Very bad experience on this appointment.. 🥵😡

Horrid experience

I ordered a shampoo on 8th of March on an urgent basis. Haven’t received it yet inspite of constant & multiple reminders! Last evening a person from their cheap courier co. calls & asks me if I want the product. I say YES. He not only doesn’t deliver the order but tells the Co. that I have refused the order! I’m fed-up. The clinic girl says plz write an e-mail. Worse red tape than old govt. offices! Very unhelpful, inefficient, & useless - the App & the people concerned!
