Sub-par customer service
I renewed my VIP subscription through Apple App Store, but I was never given credit. I did everything as instructed, sent an email with my receipt and ID, still nothing 36 hours later. Oddly though, coin purchases worked just fine. Go figure since it’s a lot more expensive to buy coins. Wasn’t given credit for any of the ads I watched either. Thankfully Apple refunded my money.

Every story doesn’t have the complete episodes available. It is no worse to start seeing them. Why is that?
After paying constantly pauses
It seemed like a decent app. I paid for the weekly subscription and now it’s constantly pausing and freezing like our WiFi is lagging. I took it off our WiFi and used my cellular and it’s still doing it now at a completely different house and different WiFi and having the same issues. So constantly had to close and reopen the app only to get to the “end” for it to be only half way through there is no ending. Total waste of money I have no idea how this app has so many 5 star reviews

Stories unfinished
Too often stories go months unfinished if they get finished at all. Would have rated higher if they would just complete unfinished stories from months ago.
Glitches
App wont open properly just stays frozen and glitched on starting saros tv image tried deleting and redownloading nothing works etc
Could be better
This app has a good selection of stories, but a lot of them aren’t 100% complete. Also, the sound quality of some of them is not as well as the rest. There is an option to watch an episode for free if you watch an ad but no ads show up.

Glitching
The reels are good, but it glitches soo badly I have to keep deleting and reinstalling. Honestly just tired of the whole ordeal.

Can’t cancel subscription
Some of the stories are good but when I tried to cancel, there are no actual tabs that work. No response from the support team and I have to keep cancelling via the bank. Subscription scam with no actual exit.
