I Paid for a weekly VIP subscription. I have an apple receipt for my payment. Since subscribing, I been unable to access any content. There is no response to several emails that I sent asking that the problem be resolved.

It’s a good app the dramas are good but on a few of the stories I feel there are unfinished as they stop at a very random place so there’s no closer on how it really ends for example divorcing my impotent alpha just ends with an office scene about the divorce I mean what happens do they get divorced does Scott excel with out his alpha I have soooo many unanswered questions 😩😩
