Points reset after 30 days?
I can't believe this scam; you pay money for pizza which earns points towards "rewards". Once you hit that reward threshold though, you only have 30 days to use it? And if you don't, it resets to ZERO?!? I used to buy from here all the time but once I realized this garbage policy, I will never do business with this company again.

Easy to use and navigate
The layout is so easy to use! It’s pretty self explanatory and the navigation pane is laid out to help you find whatever you need. I like the tracking information in the app, as well. I keep track of my loyalty points, and I always offer to order whenever a group gets hungry at work! Thanks for making it easy to stay fed on the job!

Easy to view menu
The app makes it easy to view menu, however, the specials option does not load/does not work. Every time I want to take advantage of a special, I have to call the store.

Love the pizza but the app is buggy
I tried ordering through the app and it was saying it couldn’t find my address. And then made me choose from a list of cities/zip codes but mine was not available in the list. I think it chose the wrong location for me. I guess I’ll just keep ordering through the website

I have been using this app for about a year and I love the simplicity of the app. Not only is it simple, but the restaurant food quality is amazing.

UX is Solid, UI needs improvement
The UX on this app is solid, it’s functional. Although the group split payment feature needs improvement. The interface itself can be improved upon, aesthetically, etc. but what’s most important is the functionality, which it has. I order regularly from Sarps and I’ve never had an issue with it.

Never works when I’m logged in
If I’m logged in I get an error when trying to order every single time. Luckily if I continue as a guest it works, but this needs fixing. Devs check your error logs! It’s been weeks now!
