Updated version is not good at all
Plz change it to the earlier version the new version is not good no section for pdf of Hindi nd English everything is mixed updates are done for better working of something not for bad working
I don’t like the update
I don’t know what’s wrong with the app before update i never had the issue attending live classes now i join the class as soon as i get notification but class stops i log out and log in multiple times same thing keeps happening class will be going on for a few seconds then stop

I don’t know why so many people are saying that the recent update it bad. It has so many good features, including the way I can go for 1.25x, 1.5x, 2x
Offline Download
I cannot access to offline download videos if there’s no internet connection. Offline download folders should’ve access even though there’s no internet connection
Classes aren’t playing in iPad
Prelims navigator content videos are not playing which I purchased one month ago, and your team wasnt responding and resolving the issue. This issue occurs in all iOS devices and instead of resolving the issue for past 1month, they are advising me to see the videos in laptop which I don’t have or need to get a new one. Great idea, thank you.

Spilt screen / PIP support NEEDED
Would really appreciate split screen and PIP support for the app to enhance note taking experience. Simultaneous note taking and lecture viewing is a basic need of any student. I understand the piracy issues, but many streaming apps like Netflix do have the functionality to view content in split screen / pip while maintaining the screenshot restrictions. It is a very reasonable demand from students, many reviews mention it, please consider enabling split screen viewing.

Add picture in picture mode in app for better multi tasking, as well as split mode
App is great except some issues
The app and interface is good but it glitches sometimes, and needs closing and restarting of window to work again. There’s no split screen feature neither there in Picture in Picture mode, which is really troublesome considering I make annotations on digital notes and take dictations alongside my classes. Please fix this issue soon. I know there might be privacy concerns, but if these changes are made, the app will be more responsive and productive. Thank you.

IF I CLEAR UPSC CSE THAT WILL BE BECAUSE OF SARRTHI IAS AND IF I FAIL UPSC CSE THAT WILL BE BECAUSE OF YOUR APPLICATION worst application with so many BUGS(problems) I am feeling I am being cheated so so many times I have reached your team no help I AM NOT LOOSING TO THE COMPETITION I AM LOOSING TO YOUR UNACCOUNTABILITY please help me or I will take radical or extreme decisions I am saying this because I have reached your team multiple times through all possible ways of communication.

just 2 teachers dr shivin and mudit Jain sir all other faculties are below average . Once you pay they will neither refund nor switch you in another batch . They are like they don’t care about you once you pay them . Please go with YouTube or if you can afford go with unacademy there you have option to switch if you don’t like a particular faculty.
He’ll experience with sarthi ias.
