I have paid for the full version previously on my iPad, now I have to pay again to agin access??

I purchased the app, years ago. Got a new phone a few years later. Cloud not restore the purchase . Even the free app, opens to only a single page. I see other similar reviews. Too bad. I liked having the info on my phone as a reference.
This app is great
This app would honestly help me a lot in a emergency situation. It helped me know everything I need in a emergency. Also it gave me a compass in case I would get lost i would know were to go.
Full version
I own two of your books currently but don’t want to damage them on expeditions so I have to memorise them…just one problem, I couldn’t remember anything if my life depended on it unless I re read the books 5 times (which I have but it’s very time consuming) and it would be easer to have the full version and charge your phone with natural energy but the thing is I don’t want to spend money so I would appreciate if you could bring it out for free in a few years or less (I say a few years because I know your trying to make money here)

This feels like I am reading fun facts instead bits of useful information. “Important tool to have in the wild is a knife.” That’s common knowledge.
Would be a great app if you could actually USE IT!!!
The SAS survival guide - lite edition includes large portions of the book- true, but when trying to access ANY category information there is no way to read further than the first 2 paragraphs

Crashes often
They charge you for the app often after you bought all versions and crashes often. Buy the book, this app is useless.
Videos don’t play and get stuck
Can play videos. Neither stream nor download-to-play works. Also, once clicking a video, I can’t navigate back to the book. There’s no “go back” button. Please fix. I’m on an iPhone 11 if that helps.

The app “lite” is absolutely useless gives you the same paragraph for every section I would have thought if you want to sell the full version you would have given some sort of insight into what you get, waste of time and instead of making me want to buy the full version now I would rather spend my money elsewhere because I have no idea of if the full version would be useful, waste of time

Can’t scroll the wilderness book
The wilderness book can’t scroll so I only see the first few paragraphs. The urban book can scroll so I don’t know what the problem is. I tapped update and no joy.
Cannot get off essentials screen
Just downloaded app but it is stuck on essentials. Cannot go to any other page except back to start. Useless

What a ridiculous design decision to make your app online only. It is rendered completely useless as a reference text/app!

Downloaded version 1.7 when I opened the App version 1.4 shown.
The App kept on displaying an Essential screen and very little else.

Doesn’t appear to work on iPad
I downloaded this to try before purchasing the full version. Unfortunately no matter what I select in the table of contents I am shown a paragraph about how important owning a knife is. That is all I appear able to access.

Don’t bother with this “free” version. It has one section, Essentials. Every topic you click on whether it’s direction finding or finding water just say the following “ Begin by preparing yourself to be a survivor. That means preparation in every sense. This section is concerned with making sure that you have the right equipment for any expedition you undertake. It introduces the idea of carrying a pocket-sized kit of carefully selected key survival aids – which should go with you everywhere.
A knife is your most important survival tool. It must be chosen and used carefully and it must be kept in perfect condition.
Equally important is a personal preparedness, so that you are both physically and psychologically equipped to deal with the stresses and hazards of survival conditions. You must have a clear understanding of survival needs, especially of the need for – and ways of obtaining – water.”
Whoever made this app needs a punch in the face.

The app did not “survive”
No lite version anymore. Just upgrades to another cheesy app.
Rip off
I’ve paid to have access to the full version of this app and while I did have access for a time I have 0 access now with the latest update. I have emailed and left comment via the app with no response. What was once a good app has now become a waste of money.
