Enhancement Request

Overall a good app but it would be really useful to allow Notification volume to changed based on time of day (or manually)

Loud notifications are great for daytime but at night it would be great to be able to have a less intrusive one … otherwise the whole house gets woken up (which isn’t great for marital harmony!)

At there moment there is no ability to adjust the volume of notifications… it would be a welcome addition.

Dec 25 update

Great to have CarPlay Integration.

Would have been good to be able to respond Green, Yellow or Red via the CarPlay screen. Especially as when a job comes through, I have to hit dismiss anyway to clear the message.

Navigate to event

I have used this app since it was started. I do love it, but lately I have found a glitch which is worrying. I ask it to navigate myself to the event. It directs me to Point Cook every time, instead of the actual event. I live 3 hours from Point Cook, in regional Victoria. So this is a problem.

Unreliable logs you off

Every second time you open the app you need to log in again. Missed most of the call out alerts. Being an emergency service app, this definitely needs to be better. It somehow works all the time for one of my brigade member, while most of us had trouble with the automatic log offs.

Unable to fix error message

Recently my app began showing error#1022 in push notifications (iPhone), I can no longer mute or unmute. So new jobs don’t alert for me. Also shows #1070 in global settings. I’m in Ambulance space, our IT guys were only able to advise me to delete and reinstall, this hasn’t helped. Also tried resetting iPhone, still no luck. App is virtually useless at present as it won’t alert to a new job.
