Nice to have but keeps blowing up my phone 40-50 times a day with alerts 10 plus hours from where I am. Unnecessary. Why.

Thank you for your feedback. Did you know that within the Settings of the app you can choose the type of alerts you receive? Just tap Settings in the top right of your screen, then select Type. Please contact us at https://emergencyalert.saskatchewan.ca if you need any help with this.

Gives me alerts for entire province and never stops sending alerts. I have tried to narrow location but help in app is useless.

Our Guides

We have a property at Candle Lake. We signed up for SaskAlert this spring . We find the format easy to follow and use. The information is precise and accurate. Using the Sask highway app and SaskAlert as our guide as we travel around Saskatchewan with a safe and peace of mind. Keep up the great job !

The app should show the locations of all the fires burning, not just an empty map

SaskAlert is the main App we depend upon for severe weather alerts from blizzards to tornadoes - and everything in between. It also gives alerts about drinking water or safety issues to keep us informed. If you want to be both safety and weather-aware, this is the APP for you! This App is a must-have for everyone who lives in Saskatchewan!

Hwy info

Our first snow fall and hwy info isn’t correct lol. I phoned around to my family members who are out driving on their roads to get better information. I sure hope reporting gets better as the season goes on!

Alerts with false alarms

The alerts are continuously being sent with nothing ever happening. It’s the “boy who cried wolf scenario” and this alert strategy needs to be worked on to fix this.

Thank you for your feedback and we are sorry that you are receiving alerts you are not expecting. Did you know that you can choose which types of alerts to receive? Just press "Settings" in the top right of the app, then press "Type" to choose which kinds of alerts you receive.

I’m old. I don’t like it.
It would be nice to have but I must be able to shut it off completely.

After many times when the app cancels the alert only to have the storm happen shortly after I had to finally delete this app 😔

Great information App

One of the best Apps with true information to know what is truly needed to know and even pass onto Family Members or those you care about. This information is what we need to know everyday. I farm and it also helps me plan my day.
I like it and would not want to be without!
