Freezing constantly
Since the Colour change on roads this app is barely functional you can look at one road and then it freezes. Updates on road conditions are few and far between, They don’t update in the morning until after you are suppose to be at work. Completely useless currently. You will have to use X to find out road conditions.

Updates
App needs to be updated more frequently, as well as the track my plow feature.
I understand it’s probably hard to give frequent updates but when there’s a crazy snowstorm going on it would be nice to have updates more than every 13 hours.

Not helpful
It does not allow you to select highway sections from the map to assess conditions. If you give it a destination, it only indicates whether there are any delays. It is not helpful at all in deciding whether to travel or if a different route should be considered. Go to the website, and don’t waste your time with this app.

Update this thing ffs!
Running the latest iPhone. App crashes or randomly freezes every single time.
Incorrect information.
My dad was driving on highway 45 during freezing rain and i was trying to check for a different route that was better driving conditions. It was freezing rain for a good while and it said all roads are bare. BLACK ICE IS A WINTER DRIVING CONDITION.

Hwy 17 No communication with Alberta 511
It’s 2025 and Alberta 511 and Saskatchewan 511 are still not able to communicate the travel conditions on Highway 17 in Saskatchewan between the two different provinces and show Highway 17 conditions on the Alberta app. You have to have two apps to be able to find the same information.
Maybe you should just join all the prairie provinces into one app like put Alberta Saskatchewan in Manitoba onto one app it seems like you use the same format and app provider!

Recommend travel not working?
If you select a destination on the other side of travel, not recommended, the app shows that there is no delay. How is that even possible? Either fix the app or remove that feature altogether before someone gets killed.
18 hours w/o an update
It’s the Thanksgiving w/e in Sask and our first snowfall arrived early this morning. It is 10:30 am and families are planning if it is safe to travel for family get togethers. The most recent conditions for the #1, #16 and #11 are from 4pm yesterday. That’s 18 hours ago. How can we make safe travel plans with such grossly out of date information?

App Does NOT work!
Pretty pathetic that Saskatchewan can’t even keep their highway app working.
App has gone downhill fast
I get better information from people who travel the highways and report on the conditions. Look for highways reports that way. Used to be a good app but now I’m sure the information comes from a blind guy driving a truck who’s getting directions from a seeing eye dog!
Road conditions
Road conditions are not updated enough. Every 10 to 12 hours is not enough. Updates should be nothing less than every 4 hours.
Where is the true report
Recorded conditions in the app are not as they are on the highway, stated highway was clear it was not, fully ice and snow covered with limited visibility, poorly updated

I couldn’t even get the app to work. I opened it and their tutorial or information was stuck there and I couldn’t zoom in at all. Terrible app, you would think the government could at least do that right
Unreliable
I originally got this as work mostly takes me on the highway a lot! This app is unreliable. Also the color key and the map colors do not add up anymore. You have to go on the website to get the true color key (whoever decided to use red and pink as completely different conditions should be fired proving more so this app is a hazard)
