Worst APP ever
Yet again, the APP is all funked up and you can’t search for jobs. Once you enter search parameters, the search button disappears. Just one more sign the people in the field who make the money don’t really matter to management

Horrible app and company
WORST MERCHANDISING COMPANY BY FAR!!!!!!! MANAGEMENT AND HR ARE USELESS!!!! I got hired for a job in February and I was told I will be working at the stores in my area, but once the initial project they hired me for was finished, no one from the company informed me that I had to go onto the job board on the app to look for more jobs. It is now May and I have still yet to find a job on the job board. All the jobs they list they give it to their set group of merchandisers. If you try to apply on the app, they will leave you on “read” and if you try to email them, they will tell you that all the jobs are filled and that you have to wait for somebody to cancel. So if you apply for this job keep it in mind that you are “ON CALL”. This is not a real job. This is not a part-time job. This is this is not real work. Please don’t waste your time or energy like I foolishly did.

Bug ridden & Unreliable
This app constantly crashes, i’ve yet to receive one notification about job offers, invites or confirmations.
I’m not sure if it’s the developer not fixing it or the company itself not wanting to pay them to fix it, either way it’s got major issues.

Won’t let me log in
They tell me to download the app. Now it won’t let me login, says “Data can’t be read because it’s in the incorrect format “!Ugh. This was supposed to make it easier to find available work.

The app is horrible, can’t view my payroll, constantly have to contact email “tickets” for them just for the support to contact you, clock in and out feature is buggy sometimes and always gotta email to correct it, support will just say update the app and make sure you login and log out to fix problems. Yes, the job search is awful filters don’t work right as well. The website was perfect and then they move to this half developed program. If you work for this company might as well drop them. I can’t imagine how many employees they lost due to this stupid change. So unfortunate and I used to love working for this company. So much for the talent agents and actually feeling like a human instead of a number bot.

This company just wants your personal data, the app is NOT functional. Do NOT download this app. It is data stealing

I would give this app 0 stars but it wouldn't let me. The app has never worked. Every time I try to log in, I get an error stating the information was not in the correct format. There is no other formats offered it only ask for my email and password. How do you mess that up. This app should be removed from the app store!

Delete , down load delete and download again
Since the conception of this app I have had to update 4 times and I’m pretty sure it will happen again. As another has pointed out SASR had a nearly perfect web page which was easy to use only to replace it with this app, that I can’t even scroll all the jobs, you have to check every job for what state they are in, can’t fix check in or check out times , half the time it doesn’t know my location anyway - supposedly this next download is for payroll ….I already suspect this app is a data stealer…..

Absolutely useless. Crashes every three seconds. Cannot scroll through jobs long enough to select one. Hate this app. BRING BACK MYHIREFLEX.
Job search is awful
Come from a fully functioning website that everyone could access to one that doesn’t search jobs correctly and is a lot more difficult to use.
The biggest issue is the search filter isn’t working correctly. If you change the radius of the job search or city. It brings up everything in the USA. Really irritating… all the upfront details are hidden and don’t show as well.

This app is trash
This app doesn’t show half the things we could see using our older and outdated system. I assume this downgrade will be short lived if they can’t get the bugs out and actually pay people what they are owed.
